Abstract

the influence of three host plants (peanut, cotton and maize) on the developmental stages and fecundity of Tetranychus Cucurbitaceae (Sayed) was a significant effect on some biological aspects of T. Cucurbitaceae (Sayed). Peanut was the most favourite one for T. cucurbitacearum, giving high fecundity (120.61 egg/female) while maize was the least favourite; while the total deposited eggs were 61.84 eggs.
