Data were collected by interviewing with respondents of sugar cane farmers through a questionnaire form in March 2017 and analyzed by SPSS program. Different statistical tools were used including Person simple correlation coefficient, Chi square test, weighted mean and percentages. The most important results of the research were as follows: 1-The level of sugar cane farmers’ implementation concerning the rationalizing practices of the irrigation water was moderate. 2-There was a relationship between the degree of implementation of irrigation water rationalizing practices and variables of: education years, experience years in sugar cane farming, the membership of organizations, informal social participation. 3-The most important constraints facing the sugar cane farmers on implementing practices of rationalizing irrigation water were as follows: lack of new varieties or species which to tolerate water stress shortage of agricultural extension efforts regarding irrigation rational practices of sugar cane.
