The study aims mainly at following and identifying Fishers'` Problems and opinions about some Development Activities implemented between 2003 and 2010 in Burrulls. The data were collected through personal interview using a questionnaire from a random sample of 125 fishers. Frequencies, Percentages, T- test Weighted means were used to analyses the data . The main results of this study were: 1-The most important problems of fishing process between 2003 and 2010. was locke of finance . 2- Harbors fishing was the main problem facing the Lack. 3- The most important problem facing the control agency was unfair dealing between fishers. 4- Finally the main problem regarding fish marketing were : Shortage of refrigerators and low price of traders.
