This study aims to identify the constraints of the transfer of agricultural technology from the points of view of Agricultural researchers in Sakha agricultural research station. The study was covered in a random sample of agricultural researchers in Sakha agricultural research amounted to 118 researchers which represents 40% of the total researcher's population. Data were collected by using an interviewing questionnaire, several statistical tools were used, i.e; frequencies tables, percentages, and the weighted mean to presentation and analysis the data
