ANALYTIC STUDY OF SOME DETERMINANTS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF "RURAL EDUCATION ORGANIZATIONS"IN KAFR EL-SHEIKH GOVERNORA

Abstract
The main objective of this research was to invest age the level of effectiveness of the Rural educational organizations m Kafr El-Sheildi Governorate and discovered the factors that explain the variances in them. Data was collected by personal interviews using a pretest questionnaire from (317) directors of rural educational organizations from all villages in kafr El- Sheikh Govemorate . A stratified random sample technique was used to determine. the respondents. The questionnaire was coded and data were statistically analyzed using frequency counts,percentages , means ,standard division, zero-order correlation , multiple linear regression ,and step wise multiple regression. The main results of the study were as following 1- Results showed that the level effectiveness of rural educational organizations rang low and moderate (87.74%) . 2- Results reveled that the level of exchange action efficiency between school and community rang moderate and low ( 94.18 %) 3- Results showed that the level of management efficiency rang moderate and high ( 73.79%). 4- The level of the educational efficiency rang low and moderate ( 97.41%) . 5- The independent variables of this study explain ( 27.2%) of the variance of the effectiveness of rural educational organization .
