Abstract
The study aims at Identifying the awareness of small firms producing fresh dairy using dean and safe mak processing Methods, and determining the relationship between this awareness and some variables that effect it The study was accompUshed In four villages in El-Fayourn Governorate (2 iifagft that have prod.:cod the safe and dean milk project, and the 2 others did not apply the project). The sample included two Modred resporidews (10 from each village). The data were collected by personal interviews and using the Questionnaire. FreQUWieS, percentages, meaner:re means, standard deviation, speambn conetabon coefficient, qui Square and T lest were used as the statistical tools. The results show that hair the respondents have high level of an awareness Si producing dean and safe milk. In addition, there were difference between the awareness of producers of clean and safe milk in the villages that had the project and the other vIlages that did not apply the project QUi Square Mummer, there was signifkwit positive rdatbnship between the awareness of producers of dean and safe milk and attending the training project, veterinarian clinic satisfathon, level Cl education, satisfaction of the income the project provided, numbers of cattle. Reading to qui Square, there was significant different between attending the training project In the awareness of producer of clean and safe milk m the village that have appfed Project and the 'Alleges whkh did not apply. The study suggests sane recommendations to produce safe and dean daisy products.
