Abstract
The main objective of this research was to determine some characteristics of the Agricultural Extensionists in some northern Egyptian Governorates Affected on the causes behind their leaving out the extension work to the other Agricultural organizations. The research was conducted in four Governorates i.e. El-Behelra, Kafr EI-Sheikh, EI-Dakahlia , and Dammietta. Data were collected by personal interviews using a questionnaire from random sample amounted to 194 respondents representing about 29% of the total agricultural extensionists in the related governorates. Middle Range Analysis of Rogers, Arithmetic means, Parson's simple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, Simple and multiple Regressions (B-Beta) and stepwise multiple correlations were used to analyze data statistically, in addition to percentages and frequencies.
