Abstract
The main objectives of this research were to: identify cooperation level between the Egyptian agricultural organization and irrigation organization at the local level; identify available forms of cooperation between the two studied organizations; identify the level of conflict sources between the two studied organizations as perceived by the respondents, and identify the respondents suggestions for supporting the relationship between the two studied organizations at the local level. The study population was composed of 165 respondents working in menoufiya governorate. The study population endosed all agricultural extension workers in relation with the administration of lands and water, at the govemorate level, and all the agricultural administrations in districts (110 agricultural extension worker), and all irrigation engineers affiliated to irrigation administration (55 engineers). The data were collected by using a pretested questionnaire and personal interviews. Frequencies, weighted mean, and percentage were used for analyzing data statistically.
