The study has used both descriptive and quantitative statistical analysis for the available data such as (ANOVA) and time series analysis. And used production function to measure the effects of technology change on the production of the studied crops. The results concluded the fellowing recommendations: It is necessary to provide improved seeds with reasonable prices. Increasing the role of Government in controlling seed companies. Farmers must be advised to recognize the importance to use new agricultural machinery to reduce loss in production.
