Data were collected by personal interviews using a prepared ques‌tionnaire. Coefficient of variance (c-v), coefficient of determination (R). simple and multiple correlation (B-Beta), chi-square test, contingncy co‌efficient were used to analyze data statistically in addition to means, fre‌quencies and percentages. The main results of this research were: First: There are a significant differences between the AECs in their effectiveness , and less than half of them (45% ) were high levels of effectiveness measured by two individual criterion i.e : goal attain‌ments , and the managerial effectiveness Second: The collectively's 15 independent variables explained 45% and 43.5% of the AECs effectiveness measured by: Goal attain‌ments and the managerial effectiveness respectively.
