Abstract
The main objective of this research is to compare between the Impact of various media methods utilized to transfer technical Extension Recommendation in Dakahlia governorate in the field of improvement and maintenance of agricultural land. As related to agricultureal Extension Agents of the Dakahlia govemorate. This has been done by means of before and after experiment study of agriculture Extension Knowledge and study practice in the field of improvement and maintenance of agriculture land. The five media methods were a sound filmstrip, a video film, a practical, demonstration, a cassette, and Pamphlet. A sample of (160) was randomly selected from a total population of (450) Agriculture Extension Agent Form (6) of Dakahlia (12) districts (36%) of the total targeted population. Data were collected by questionnaire that has filled in by the random sample before and after expose to one of the (fifths) media methods only. Several statistical methods were used to analyze the data collected the questioner. There were percentages, averages, standard deviation, (t,F) test, and least significant difference. Research results indicate a significant difference in impact between the (5) media methods on both knowledge and practice of Agricultural Extension Engineers. Beginning with the highest impact and moving to the least impact the study revealed from a total (135) degrees that practical demonstration scored (49-43%) followed the film strip that scored (44-59%).
