Abstract
Various strains of M.gallisepticum (MG) including F-strain (as a reference) were examined by SAS-PAGE. Minor but distinct and repro­duced differences in protein banding patterns were detected between strains. Cross reactivities among MG strains were examined by using rab­bit polyclonal antisera. The major antigens and cross reacting epitopes of the MG strains were demonstrated by immunoblotting assay using ho­mologous antisera.
