ESTIMATION THE MARKETING EFFICIENCY RICE CROP IN GHARBIA GOVERNORATE

Abstract
he aim of the research to study the producer prices and merchants and the retail prices and evaluate the marketing margins, and marketing efficiency of rice crop, added to the study of the most important marketing problems facing the producer and the most important proposals to solve those problems, in order to achieve the objectives of the research. The research has shown that the price of ton rice in the farm increases at an annual rate of significant statistically reached about 127,31 pounds, the also retail price of rice ton in Egypt increase an annual rate significant statistically reached about 137,13 pounds, it also shows that the cost per ton of rice increase at an annual rate of significant statistically by 70,26 pounds, and there is a positive relationship between the farming price per ton of rice and its production cost, As the total elasticity about 1,098, this means an increase in the cost of production of the ton of rice by 10% lead to increase the farming price by 11%. It also shows that there is a direct relationship between the retail price of rice ton, and farming price, the total elasticity reached about 0,557 that means on increase the price farming rice ton by 10% lead to an increase in the retail price per ton of rice by 57.5%. It also showed the average share of farmers from the retail price of rice ton increase by 2.24% with a rate of change reached about 3.9% of the average share of the farmer from consumer price per ton of about 56.6%, it was also showed that the average share of mediators from the retail price of rice ton decreased by 2.24% change rate reached 5.1% of the average share of mediators from the consumer price of rice ton reaching about 43.4% during the study period. The research showed that the marketing efficiency in the study sample in the course of the first marketing wholesaler reached about 95.9% retail trader about 90.1 and the marketing efficiency in the course of the second marketing of wholesale trader about 90.4%, and marketing efficiency in the course of the third marketing of retail trader about 86.8%, the marketing efficiency has bun estimated of rice crop in the sample as a whole by about 86.8%.
