Abstract
The main objective of this research is to identify the efficiency of the research staff members in managing the work time in some agricultural research stations, and the most important variables which can be lead to improve their efficiency in managing the official work time. To achieve this objective it was selected a stratified random sample amounted to 112 respondents representing 15% of the total members of the researche staff (Assistant researcher, Research assistant, Researcher, Senior Researcher, and Head of Research) whom work in the Agricultural Research stations in each of Sakha, Alsubhiah, Itayalbarood, and Alserrw. Data were collected by personal interview during April and May 2015. Frequencies Percentages, coefficient of simple correlation, coefficient of determination, coefficient of multi- correlation, partial regression,and also it was used also the model of analysis stepwise multiple regression, to detrmine the most independent variables which affects the degrees of efficiency of the respondents in time management During official work.
