AUTHORITY DELEGATION FOR AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION WORK LEADERS AND ITS RELATION WITH SOME VARIABLES IN EGYPT

Abstract
The main ob)ectives of ths research were: to identify respondents application level for the total canPannts of autieref delegation and for every component, to &lemur* relation:AP between the total scores of the respondents application both of authority delegation =aperients and every comprode of diem, and some studAel Independent variables, and to detemine contribution of oath of the studied Independent variables, that had skylifKaM relationship with the trodependent variables, to explain the variance of the total scores of the respondent/ alienn9 for mender delegation co pones, and every =moment of them The researdi was conducted agricultural extend= work leaders on fourteen governorates as folows: katiobla, Dakhalia, Menoufw, Kafr - Elsedh, GharNa, Asada ( lower Egypt ), Gins. Beni - Sue, HMO. leant. Sohn, Qena and Aswan ( upper Egypt ), in addition to supervisors and the managers distylas of the central maninkstration of agrialbsal ectension. The sample See encompassed 129 leaderships representing 680 of the Peculation t0131. A written questionnaire and interpersonal Interviews were used in collecting the research data. Frequency tables, percentage, weighted arldmebc mean, ratio mean, smote correlation coeffident, and ascembng step - vase multiple regression were used for analyzing data statistically. The main research hidings were as the followirg: 1. The respondents' application level for the total components of authority delegation was above average in general, with applying general mean score of 67.73 equal to a relative mean 79.681, en Kul:cable the implied score to the respondents' application for auttionty delegation components. 2. The resPereenW application level was above average for AVM COMPOIWIA of authority delegation components. Which was ranked destendingly as fellows: *Slowing and evaluating authonty delegation, Crelairke the delegation of authenty and millernentatinn delegation au:henry with mean score 16.52, 27.65 and 23.56 with relative mean of 82.60, 791 and 78.530. 3. There was a positive sign:Scant relationship (at 0.01 significance lend) between Coral score of the respondents appkabon for commodes of authonty delegation and each of the studied independent vanables: democratic administration and group week, %Isle Into tea:unstop was negatively significant (at 0.05 significance level ) with vanable of the Job working length.
