Abstract
This Research aimed at determining the training knowledge level of female extension workers regarding: biogas, un-traditional fodders, and compost. and determining the relationships between these levels and some independent variables, A sample from the female extension workers in Dkahlia, Qalubia, Ben Suief governorates were selected randomly (10A) representing 6A% from their population, data were collected by personal interview using questionnaire . chi' and contingency coefficient were the tools for statistical analysis. The main findings were as follows; 1- Dealing with biogas technology, the percentages of respondents who hade a high training needs level reached 40%. There were significant relationships between these levels and each of: specialization in academic qualification, availably of transportation, attending training courses, desire to receive additional tasks dealing with environment, tenure in agric ext. work and frequency of received training courses. 2- Dealing with the training need levels in producing non traditional fodders the percentages of respondents who hade moderate training needs level reached 38%. The significant relationships had been existed between levels of training needs in fodders and the following variables: availably of transportation, frequency of attended training courses. 3- Dealing with the training needs levels in compost the majority of respondents had a high level. The significant extensionests relationship had been existed between their training need levels and each of: desire to receive additional tasks related to environment, academic qualification, desire to attend training courses.
